Stephen Lee Foster, of Cleveland, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 2, 1969, to Oscar Foster, Jr. and Stella Ruth Foster, née Rymer. Stephen was a man of Christian faith who deeply adored his family. He was a hardworking man who took great pride in his work and accomplishments. He came to Cleveland to take over the family farm after the death of his Father in 2015. He founded Stars Livestock Exchange and was also employed with Beaulieu of America for 15 years and was considered a extrusion guru by his fellow co_workers. He was preceded in death by his father, Oscar Foster, Jr.; his beloved niece, Amber Blair; and his brother, Paul Edward Foster. Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Wanda Foster; his precious Mother Stella Foster, son, Mitchell Lee Foster; stepchildren, Greg and Erin Hicks, and Shana and Nick Stephens; grandchildren, Kallie Hicks, Maddie Foster, Marleigh Stella Foster, Skye Flammia, Brantley Foster, and Lilly Stephens; sister, Donna Faye Blair and husband, Roger; niece, Halle Blair; and nephew, Joshua Blair, along with many other family members and friends who will dearly miss him. Keeping with Stephen’s wishes, a private service will be held. The family is in the care of Buckner & Fike Funeral Home and Cremation.
