Janna Reona Young of Etowah TN passed away at home at the age of 73 on June 29, 2026. Janna is also known as nana by her grandchildren. She worked at Thomas and Betts as a Service Cleaner for years that later was named ABB of Athens Tn. Family was very important to Janna. She attended church at Everlasting life in Englewood Tn.

She is proceeded in Death by her husband Ronald Clark Young, her mother Katherine Duckett, her father Claude Duckett, her sister Anna May, her sister in law Debbie Duckett and her grandchild Diamond Natasha Young Fairbanks

She is survived by her sisters Betty Moore (Danny Moore), Ella Keeton (Leroy Keeton).. Mary Butler (Grady Butler), her brother Tommy Duckett, her niece George Ann, her nephew Johnny Townsend, her 4 daughters Wanda Young, Denice Jones, Helen Lawerence (Robert Lawerence), and Stacy Harris. Her grandchildren Reona Wampler (Randall Wampler), Ronald Jones, Alexis Watson (Drake Watson), April Young, and Kendra Loyless (Hayden Loyless), plus 10 great grandchildren all of whom she loved Dearly.

A visitation for Janna will be Wednesday, July 1st beginning at 12 noon-1:00 p.m. with a chapel service beginning at 1:00 p.m. with a burial to follow at New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Etowah.
