Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Faye Henry

Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Faye Henry entered into the glorious presence of her Lord and Savior, surrounded by the promise of eternal life.

Born on December 4, 1943, Dorothy was the daughter of Dennis and Rhoda Wallraven, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her three beloved children, Danny Pickle, Anthony Pickle, and Darlene Davis; and by her siblings, J.D. Wallraven and Anna Mae Browder.

Dot was a devoted Christian whose faith guided every aspect of her life. She was a faithful member of Philippi Baptist Church, where she cherished her church family and found great joy in worship and fellowship. She will be remembered for her steadfast faith, kind heart, and the love she shared with her family and friends.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her faithful and devoted husband, Roy Eugene Henry; her sister, Jo Wallraven; her beloved church family at Philippi Baptist Church; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends who will miss her deeply.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 27, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Philippi Baptist Church. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with entombment to follow.

Serving as pallbearers are Darrell Bottoms, Jerry Gentry, Eric Gentry, Steve Kiser, John David Elliott and Steve Webber.
