Claudia "Polly" Moore, a devoted homemaker went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 12, 2026. Born on March 2, 1940, in Cleveland, Tennessee, she was a beloved daughter of Claude and Marie Hindman (Gibson). Claudia’s life was a testament to love, faith, and dedication, qualities that defined her every day.

A lifelong member of the Baptist faith, Claudia found joy and purpose in nurturing her family and creating a warm, loving home. She was deeply committed to her children and grandchildren, whom she considered her proudest accomplishments. Her unwavering love and care left an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know her.

Claudia is survived by her two daughters, Donna Raybourne and Pamela Henderson, who carry forward their mother’s legacy of kindness and strength. She took great pride in her grandchildren—Shane Morgan and his wife Angela, Jason Morgan and his wife Amanda, and Ashley Cross and her husband David—each a source of immense joy in her life. Her family was further blessed by five great-grandchildren, who brought warmth and laughter to her later years. In addition, Claudia is survived by her sister, Mavis Johnson, along with several cherished nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Burton Donald Moore, as well as her parents, Claude and Marie Hindman, and her brothers, Madison Hindman and Sonny Gibson. Their memories remain treasured by all who knew Claudia.

Throughout her life, Claudia Moore exemplified a quiet strength and enduring love. She will be remembered with deep respect and affection by her family and all whose lives she touched. Her legacy as a dedicated homemaker and a loving matriarch continues to inspire.
