Carol Ann Sexton, 85, of Madisonville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on August 18, 1940, in Chicago, Illinois, Carol was the daughter of Anthony and Sophia Olszak, both of whom preceded her in death. Ms. Sexton was a woman of Christian faith.

She was also preceded in death by her four husbands, David Lake, David Lolieviere, Harlow Sexton, and Jack Walsh, respectively; and her beloved brother, Martin Olszak.

Carol is survived by her three precious daughters, Lea Velasquez and husband Ralph, Deborah Hoover and husband Bruce, and Beth Forbes; her many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her loving nephew, Adam Olszak.

A former ballerina, Carol shared her passion for dance by teaching ballet. She also founded a magazine in the Chicagoland area. Carol will be lovingly remembered by her family and all those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
