Aiden Josef Darity, 19, of Cleveland, passed from this life into the loving arms of his Savior on July 30, 2026.

Born on June 15, 2007, in Bradley County, Aiden was the beloved son of Ashanti Josef Darity and the late Crystal Rebecca (Clark) Darity. He was preceded in death by his mother, Crystal; his grandmother, Donna Darity; and his aunt, Jodi Reese.

Aiden was a 2025 graduate of Bradley Central High School. He was a Christian of the Baptist faith and worked alongside his family in contract work. Aiden was a true blessing to his family and brought joy to everyone who knew him. He will be remembered for his kind heart, gentle spirit, and the genuine care he showed to others. His life touched countless people, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

He is survived by his father, Ashanti Darity; his siblings, Conner Wehunt, Jullian Darity, Mackenzie Darity, Charlie Darity, and Zoe Darity. He also leaves behind his grandparents, Scott and Peggy Hall, Steve and Jeanie Wright, and Ronald Darity. In addition, Aiden is survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, his chosen family, a multitude of friends, and the brotherhood he built throughout his life.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 8, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Jordan Easley. Interment will immediately follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Cleveland.

Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Darity, David Denton, Elijah Wright, Landis Anderson, Austin Ezell, and Rylan Ross.

Honorary pallbearers will be Conner Wehunt, Jullian Darity, Logan Palen, Tyson Pettis, Malachi Morgan and John Waite.
