Katherine E. Wright

Katherine E. Wright, 88, of Cleveland, passed Tuesday, October 13, 2009 in a hospital in Anniston, AL following a brief illness. She was a member of Philippi Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Waymon and Della Gill; husband, Arlen C. Wright; brothers: Melvin Gill, Bill Gill, Ben Gill and Herman Gill and sister, Cora Colston. She is survived by her son, Leslie Wright and daughter-in-law, Mildred Boles Wright. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 16, 2009 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Reverend Sammy Hooker officiating. Interment will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 17, 2009 in Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-6:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
