Danny H. Owens

Danny H. Owens, 68, formerly of Cleveland, TN, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2012 in Massillon, Ohio. He was employed with Process Typing as a sanitary pipe-fitter. He was preceded in death by his parents, R.B. and Lorenah Owens of Cleveland. Survivors include his wife, Joye Owens formerly of Cleveland; one sister, Judy Caldwell of Cleveland; three daughters, Tina Maples and husband, Don Jr. of Cleveland, Samantha Tilley of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Penny Nelson and husband Don of Stuart, Virginia; two sons, Richard B. Owens of Chattanooga and Robbie Newberry and wife, Mary Dawn of Murfreesboro; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one step-son, Tony Wilson; one step-daughter, Tina Jester; six step-grandchildren; and three step great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Monday, August 13, 2012, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Higgins officiating. His family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Monday August 13, 2012 at the funeral home prior to the service.
