Margaret Wanda Crump

Margaret Wanda Crump, 83, of Cleveland passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014 at a local hospital. She was a member of Bellefounte Baptist Church. She graduated Valedictorian of Polk County High School, class of 1950. Mrs. Crump was retired from Cornutt McIntyre, Ogle Insurance and McIntyre & Associaties as office manager. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vance Crump; and parents, Biggs and Lura Grace Waldrop. Survivors include her son, Stephen Davis Crump and his wife Theresa of Cleveland; grandchildren: Sarah Crump and Emily Crump both of Cleveland; sisters: Nelsie Sisson and her husband Glen of Etowah and Phyllis Smith and her husband Ronnie of Benton; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2014 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Reverend Jim Gibson officiating. Interment will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with John Stanbery, John Kimball, Wylie Richardson, Richard Burnette, Rusty Munger and Barton Nakdimen serving as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home on Tuesday prior to the service.
