Paul E. Simmons, 89, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2015 in a Collegedale health care facility. He was a carpenter and worked for the Department of Defense. Survivors include his son, Robert Simmons and wife, Becky of Cleveland. Interment will be in Maryland.
