Eva Mae Kersey, 94, of Cleveland passed away Sunday, July 12, 2015 at her home. Mrs. Kersey enjoyed quilting, crocheting and making dolls. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Benton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Gus Kersey; parents, Albert and Mary Guy; son, Jimmy Lee Kersey; daughter, Ruth Ann Burchfield; brothers, Lyman Guy and Luther Guy; and sisters, Georgia White, Ruby Ingram and Pearl Fisher. Survivors include her daughters, Willa Dean Elsky and Nancy Louise Tate (Roy) all of Cleveland; son, Randal Dwight Kersey of Cleveland; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2015 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Minister Timothy Ballew and Minister Jeff Archey officiating. Interment will follow in Flint Springs Cemetery with grandsons serving as pallbearers. The service will conclude with a white dove release ceremony.
