Emma L Crye

Emma L. Crye, age 88, resident of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday December 20th, 2006, in a local hospital. She attended Community Hall Church. She was a retired L.P.N., having been employed by Speck Hospital and Bradley Memorial Hospital for 40 years. She was the daughter of the late James and Ella Taylor Gordon. She was also preceded in death by her husband, T.M. (Bill) Crye, a son, Donald Monroe Crye, and a daughter, Reba Ann Crye. She leaves behind two sons, Gary Wendell Crye of Old Fort, TN, and Robert Lee Crye of McCalla, AL; four grandchildren, Connie Stearns, Emily Crye, Jennifer Crye, and Eric Crye; one great-grandchild, Robert Wayne Stearns; and two sisters, Edith Crye of Cleveland and Margie Gordon of Dearborn, MI. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Jeannie Cissom officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Hill Cemetery.
