Mary Rosine Chable

Rosine Chable, age 86, of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, died Monday, December 25, 2006 at the Hutcheson Medical Center. She was of the Baptist faith. Rosine was an avid reader and writer of beautiful poetry. She was a member of a pioneer Polk County family and the daughter of the late William and Linda Fouts Chable. Also, the sister of the late Mamie Henry, Earle, William, Clarence and Leland and Edwin Chable. She is survived by the following nieces and nephews: Mary Sue Chastain and Gene Henry both of Cleveland, Juanita Chastain of Orlando, Florida and Weyman Henry of Ocoee. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 28, 2006 at the Benton Memorial Gardens with Reverend Kenzil Hooker officiating.
