Amber Janelle Chrisman Brown, 20, a life long resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2008 due to injuries sustained in a car accident. She was a member of Valley View Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Harold Roe; great-grandmothers, Ollie Howard and Annie Hall.
She is survived by her son, Jacen L. Brown of Cleveland; fiancée, Shaun Tenpenny of Cleveland; mother, Robin Howard Roe and step father, Jon Stephen Roe of Cleveland; father, Anthony Chrisman of Decatur; grandparents, Betty Letner of Decatur, David and Len Buckner of Ocoee, Robert and Shirley Howard of Decatur, Carolyn and Eddie Wampler of Athens and Patricia Roe of Chattanooga; two brothers, John France of Decatur and Justin Chrisman of Chattanooga; several aunts and uncles also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a,m, Tuesday, May 27, 2008 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Kevin Tegue officiating. Interment will follow in Johnson Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service.
Her family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday, May 26, 2008 at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-1942.
