Wanoka McClure Sullivan

Wanoka McClure Sullivan, 83, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013 in a local healthcare facility. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of Samples Memorial Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husbands: Leon McClure and Joe Sullivan; daughter, Denise Guthrie; and parents, Dewey and Ethel Stonecipher Epperson.

She is survived by her children: Dale McClure and wife, Becky; son-in-law; George Guthrie; step children: Robert McClure and wife, Joann; and Gwen Ledford all of Cleveland; three grandchildren: Jason Guthrie and wife, Holly of Old Fort; Jeremy Guthrie and wife, Alicia; and Mason McClure all of Cleveland; three great grandchildren: Abby Guthrie, Andy Guthrie and Emma Guthrie; two sisters: Jo Ownby and husband, Hoyt; and Billie McClure all of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 27, 2013 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Lee Ingram and Pastor Jason Guthrie officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in Cedar Springs Cemetery. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Friday, December 27, 2013 at the funeral home.
