Thomas B. Vines, two months old, of Old Fort, passed away November 8, 2013 in a Chattanooga hospital. He is survived by his mother, Ilene Stamey and his father, Bruce Vines of Old Fort; three sisters and one brother; grandparents, Leatha Silvers, Thomas Silvers, Geneva Vines and Hoyt Vines. A private graveside service will be held in Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery. Ralph Buckner Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
