Ray Edward Jones Jr.

Ray Edward Jones, Jr., 45, of Charleston, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2010 in a Chattanooga hospital. He was a waste management engineer. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Edward Jones, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Margie Jones of Charleston; children, Shalonda Jones, Cassandra Jones and Makayla Jones, all of Cleveland; special friend, Laura Brokish of Cleveland; sisters, Melissa Jones of Cleveland and Regina Petrequin and husband, Brian of Waynesville, OH; brothers, Kenneth Anahori of Honolulu, HI, Mark Jones of Knoxville and Rob Jones of Cleveland; and nieces and nephews, Terrance McDermott, Cameron Brown and Jacob Jones, all of Cleveland and Hannah, Josiah and Elijah Petrequin, all of Waynesville, OH. . Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Julian officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. His family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
