Jackie Wayne Decker

Jackie Decker, 64, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2015 in a Chattanooga hospital. He was retired from Whirlpool and loved woodworking. He was preceded in death his parents, Leonard and Juanita Green Decker; and brother, Lonnie Decker. He is survived by his wife, Betty Underwood Decker of Cleveland; two children, Russell Decker and wife Misty of Charleston, and Laura Decker of Delano; three grandchildren, Katie Owenby and Scott Malahan of Knoxville, Carrie Owenby of Knoxville, and McKenzie Decker of Charleston; one great grandchild, Evie Malahan of Knoxville; and one sister, Charlotte Chaney of Pekin, IL. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 25, 2015 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Junior Burger officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the funeral home.
