Minnie Marie Dilbeck

Minnie Marie Dilbeck, 95, a resident of Calhoun, TN, passed away at a Chattanooga hospital on Saturday, November 5, 2016.  She had lived in Calhoun most of her life and was a member of Calhoun Baptist Church.  She enjoyed doing crafts, sewing, and making candy.  She loved and adored her family.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband, W. J. Dilbeck; one daughter, Maxine Eisenhower; parents, James Arthur Barker and Viola Shamblin; and twelve brothers and sisters.

 

She is survived by one daughter, Deborah Cavitt and husband Gene of Soddy Daisy; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.

 

The funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.  The interment will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Calhoun Baptist Church Cemetery.

 

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday prior to the service.
