Chloe Adrianna Crisp, infant daughter of Tina Crisp and Jose Soto, passed away Friday, August 18, 2006, in a Chattanooga hospital.

Other survivors include maternal grandparents, Joan and Larry Howard, Cleveland; paternal grandparents, Ann and Joel Soto, Cleveland, TN and maternal great grandmother, Evelyn Morgan, Cleveland, TN.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 22, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. at Ft. Hill Cemetery with Pastor Leslie officiating.
